起源應該要從我接觸過的 IPMI 開始說起
雖然 IPMI 是 Intel 推的 但是他們自己也玩不起來, (連 ATCA 也放棄, 不過Moto也放棄 ... Orz)
anyway, Intel 現在做 AMT
其實東西差不多意思 (read)
就是要做remote control , remote monitor , remote desktop (or console).
有些原本 IPMI 沒提到的 BIOS update , 這在 laptop 比較常用到的就會先支援起來
